Our IP practice includes all phases of intellectual property law for a national and international client base. Our ideal candidate would have two to four years of experience in prosecuting patents in the fields of electrical or mechanical engineering. Preferred undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or physics. Candidates should be admitted to practice before the USPTO. Excellent academic credentials are required. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills and professional recommendations.
