Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials including a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics or other comparable technical degree, excellent communication skills, and excellent written work. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting patent applications, prosecution of pending patent applications, client communications, and evaluating evaluating patents. The candidate must be a member of or eligible for the Patent Bar.
