Description	The Role: Providing support to legal professionals, to assist in delivering high-quality legal services to clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner. General Duties: Conduct legal research on wide range of topics Review and draft memoranda, legal documents and client correspondence Review and proof read documents Assisting in the preparation of marketing and presentation materials Assist with due diligence, including the preparation of due diligence reports Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in Law; graduated from reputable first-class national universities Excellent spoken and written English skills At least one year of relevant legal experience Ability to interact professionally with clients, lawyers and staff at all levels Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles of commercial and corporate law Ability to perform legal research independently Ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy Strong team player with self-motivation and initiative Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
