Description	Linklaters U.S. Associate - Banking The candidate should have experience in representing corporate and financial institution clients in domestic and international banking transactions (including acquisition financings, trade finance, infrastructure finance and other commercial loans) and capital markets transactions, with exposure to equity and debt, ideally in both public and private transactions. Strong people and client skills required. Latin American transaction experience, as well as Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills, are required. Must have 3-7 years of experience. U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar required. Qualification and Experience:
