We will consider junior, mid-level and senior associates. These would be based in our Singapore office and would involve working on debt and equity transactions with a US securities law component (as well as some without) across the Asia Pacific region. Requirements Experience with US securities law and regulations generally 5+ years for a senior role, at a well-regarded US law practice Experience with Rule 144A offerings, and preferably with SEC-registered offerings, especially in the context of foreign issuers Ability to function independently and, for mid-level and senior associates, to take on significant team leadership responsibility.
