Our Global Asset Management Group advises asset managers and investment funds on establishing funds and the associated regulatory requirements for investment funds. We also have a highly active investor-side practice advising institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds on investing into existing funds using a wide range of structures. Our Asset Management Group is very international in nature. With 40 offices across the globe, many of which work regularly on asset management matters, and with many of our clients overseas, our lawyers work on a cross-border basis every day. Due to our exceptional success within the sector, we are looking to recruit an ambitious, bright and enthusiastic associate with 1-3 years pqe experience. An excellent academic record is essential, i.e. a minimum of 2:1 Bachelors Degree and relevant legal qualification. Non-English-qualified candidates will also be considered. You will regularly draft, review and negotiate key investment management documentation such as PPMs, LP Agreements and fund articles, as well as investment management, custody, brokerage/clearing and similar agreements. Requirements We are looking for high quality applicants with 1-3 years pqe experience. Excellent academics are required, e.g. 'A' grades at A level or equivalent, minimum of 2:1 Bachelors Degree, and relevant legal qualification.
