Description	Linklaters US Projects Associate The candidate must have strong academics with 2:1 at degree or equivalent. Should be a US qualified lawyer with a JD and admission to the New York State Bar. Should have experience in Project Finance, particularly in the areas of oil and gas. Midstream experience is also a plus. Must also have proven experience within a private practice environment. Especially interested in candidates with strong upstream experience in South America and the U.S. Should be able to handle all commercial and financial aspects of a project from beginning to end.
