Description	Allen & Overy LLP ICM Know-How Paralegal (9 month FTC) Ref UK1612 Country United Kingdom - London Role Other Professionals Area of Expertise Paralegals Overview An opportunity has arisen in the ICM department for a paralegal to join the Know-How team on a full time, 9 month maternity cover, with the possibility of this being extended to a one year contract. Key Responsibilities · Perform the administrative tasks involved in establishing, updating and maintaining our online services- the client facing Prospectus Directive website, Transparency Directive website, MTN selling restrictions website, ECP selling restrictions website, Covered Bond website and Liquidity Spotlight website. · Check submissions to the eLibrary. · Assist with the productions of eAlerts for clients. · Undertake legal and precedent research tasks · Process changes and submissions to the Know-how system and assist with the updating of standard form precedents. · Compile transaction experience lists for internal use and marketing purposes. · Respond to queries from fee-earners across the department worldwide. · Occasional contact with other offices and partners/associates in other departments. · General paralegal duties and support for all ICM PSLs.
