Description	Arent Fox LLP Paralegal Manager The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily workload of 60 paralegals in four offices. Responsibilities will include reviewing timesheets and time entry, monitoring billable hours, reporting statistics, approving leave requests, filling work assignments, and measuring workload and productivity and making re-assignments, as needed. Will be required to spend half-time performing billable work assignments. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience as a litigation paralegal. A paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program preferred. Should have a comprehensive understanding of primary key practice groups (complex commercial litigation, IP, trademark prosecution, bankruptcy, corporate, finance, real estate, international trade, and healthcare), as well as a working knowledge of employment law, including recruiting practices, employee relations, paralegal compensation, and billing systems.
