Description	Arent Fox LLP Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for overall case management on various litigation matters. Will perform research, draft correspondence, draft discovery requests and responses, analyze pleadings, and assist with calendaring. Perform cite checking, shepardizing, and blue booking documents ranging from memorandums to supreme court briefs. Mentor, train, and supervise junior paralegals. Qualification and Experience: The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program preferred. Must have 10+ years of comprehensive litigation experience. Should have experience managing electronic discovery. Must have strong litigation technology experience, including experience with litigation databases such as: iConect, WestCaseNotebook, Trial Director, web-based extranets, and e-filing. Should have litigation case management skills, such as, document production and review, create and maintain privilege logs, database creation and database administration. Extensive trial experience required.
