The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of extensive international and domestic prosecution, searching, portfolio management and dispute experience. This position offers significant client contact and responsibility with major firm clients. Candidates should possess strong time management skills and the ability to work successfully on a team and manage junior attorneys, legal assistant and support staff. Litigation (TTAB or Civil Litigation), licensing, contractual, advertising, copyright, e-Commerce, and customs experience is a plus.
