Description	Bracewell & Giuliani LLP Office: Houston, Texas Section: Technology Experience: Seeking associate candidate at the mid to senior year level (Class of 2006 and earlier) with a BS in Chemical or Chemical Engineering. Prefer a Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering. Position requires extensive patent prosecution experience/skills preferably in the energy field. Other experience in intellectual property transaction work, including licenses, due diligence, patent, trademark, and copyright applications and prosecution before respective government agencies, investigations, opinions, and client counseling helpful but not required. Candidate must be licensed to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Qualifications: Candidates must have excellent communication skills and comparable law firm experience. Ideal prospects will show excellent grades from competitive law schools.
