Our corporate group focuses on mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth companies, private equity and venture capital, corporate governance and transactions, financial transactions and restructurings, and general corporate formation matters and counseling of companies at all stages of development. The candidate should demonstrate the potential to independently manage client relationships and matters and the desire to develop client and referral relationships. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to be a team player. Required for consideration are 3-4 years of relevant corporate legal experience, top academic credentials, excellent references, strong writing and verbal communication skills.
