Description	Lowenstein Sandler PC Investment Management Fund Formation Associate or Counsel - 4 to 10 yrs. Experience for New York or New Jersey Lowenstein Sandler's Investment Management Group is seeking a highly qualified corporate associate or Counsel with 4 to 10 years of investment management experience. Specific experience in fund formation and fund structuring is required. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills, drafting skills, communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Excellent academic credentials are required. This position can be based in either the New York or New Jersey office.
