Our Banking and Finance practice has a strong presence in the Asian market and an established reputation for covering the whole range of financing products including: About you: You will have: - at least 3 years of post qualification legal experience; - experience in structured products and derivatives; - experience in general banking and securities-related regulatory issues; - excellent analytical, communication and research skills - to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice; - strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability - you will play a key role in supporting and actively developing our relationships with our clients; - team focus - to mentor junior colleagues and work with peers, senior associates and partners as part of a team; - enthusiasm to help with business development - presenting at industry related programs and managing client relationships and networks; - recognised experience gained in a similar local or offshore environment and enjoy working as part of a committed team; - experience structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing complex cross-border finance transactions; - strong transaction management skills; and - fluency in English, written Chinese, and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese.
