We act for some of the world's major multinationals and frequently advise on complex cross-border employment issues, often working closely with other offices to provide a seamless multi-jurisdictional service. We are now looking for a mid-level associate to join our Beijing office. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dedicated team working in a challenging dynamic practice. Experience Required PRC qualified. Four to six years experience in advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious labour and employment issues at a leading local private practice, or at international law firms. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to speak Mandarin, read and write Chinese and English is essential.
