The Asian offices are a key part of the firms overall long term strategy and the Hong Kong office plays a key role in this. This role will be working with the M&A team on a variety of Hong Kong and PRC based mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcings and other corporate and commercial transactions. About you: You will: - be admitted in Hong Kong - have 5-7 years of post qualification legal experience - have experience in both Hong Kong and China, including trasactional M&A/ joint ventures and financial services regulatory/ advisory - have track record in running transactional deals and written advice on corporate/ regulatory issues - have the ability to run large complex deals with a high level of autonomy - be native Mandarin and fluent English speaker - have high level of drafting and writing skills in both English and Chinese - be willing to travel - be educated at secondary and university level outside mainland China/ Taiwan (e.g. Hong Kong, Australia, the UK, etc.) How to apply: Please apply by selecting the "apply now" link below and completing an online application form.
