We specifically require top level, professional lawyers specializing in the following areas: Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Corporate Finance/Corporate Securities, Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Candidates should fulfill the following requirements: Five years or more work experience with a major international law firm in any of the relevant areas mentioned above; A strong academic record (local diploma with honors and LLM from a well regarded university abroad); Fluency in English (both legal writing/drafting skills and oral); Good people skills and leadership qualities (with an ability to supervise, train and manage junior lawyers); Strong client service ethic; An ability to work well both as a part of a team and to take the responsibility for projects; and An interest in a long term career in the Firm.
