Will manage the full life cycle of own caseload including the disposal of properties by Right to Acquire, Right to Buy, Grant of Shared Ownership Leases and Underleases. Should preferably have completed GDL, LPC or other relevant legal training and have prior experience of working within Real Estate, ideally with housing associations, social housing and developer clients. Must understand how matters progress and have excellent writing and drafting skills, with a high level of accuracy. Note: This is a 3 month fixed term contract. |
