| Description | Carr & Ferrell LLP Trademark Associate Carr & Ferrell LLP is seeking a bright and enthusiastic lawyer to join our Trademark team. The Trademark Associate will counsel technology companies in relation to the adoption, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, coordinate global trademark portfolios, and handle trademark-related disputes. Responsibilities will also include some counseling and prosecution in relation to copyright matters and, of course, domain name disputes and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting and supporting intellectual property litigation, a ravenous appetite for new technology and a strong interest in business development. Admitted to CA Bar; 2+ years experience in domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, and client counseling on clearance and registration strategy; dispute experience a plus; Interest in and aptitude for working with technology companies; Personable, outgoing team player; Excellent written and oral communication skills.
