Duties and Responsibilities * Arrange and prepare pleadings and discovery in federal and state court civil matters and arbitration proceedings * Analyze and organize documents and data from materials produced during discovery; coordinate document production; analyze and review of privileged documents * Prepare deposition and record subpoenas according to state and federal regulation; coordinate production of documents and summarize records; prepare and respond to discovery requests; prepare deposition summaries * Trial preparation; preparation and management of trial exhibits and other trial related presentations * Assist with preparation of federal and state administrative filings * Ability to conduct basic Lexis and Pacer research Skills and Educational Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or Paralegal Certificate a plus * 5 years minimum litigation experiences is a plus, preferably in employment law * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Knowledge of Federal and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure * Flexibility with overtime as necessary is required for trials and time sensitive matters * Reliability, teamwork, professionalism, ability to multi-task and attention to detail are essential * Proficiency in Lexis and Windows environment * Bilingual Spanish preferred No recruiters please.
