Description	The Washington D.C. office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking a litigation associate for its intellectual property/patent practice group. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years patent litigation experience, preferably in Hatch-Waxman (brand/generic) drug litigation. Candidates must also possess a 4 year undergraduate science degree, preferably in chemistry or biology. Membership to the Patent Bar is required. Candidates must also possess strong writing skills, excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a law firm environment.
