Description	ManattJones Global Strategies, LLC Manager of Pro Bono Services The candidate will report to the Managing Partner and Executive Director and is responsible for the strategic growth of the firm's Pro Bono Department. Will work closely with executive and senior management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies that further the firm's pro bono and community involvement. Develop, manage, and oversee the firm's pro bono and community service programs in collaboration with a broad cross-section of firm leadership including the Board of Directors, Pro Bono Committee, Office Administrative Partners, General Counsel's Office, Human Resources, Professional Development, Business Development, and local department and practice chairs. Work to effectively engage individual attorneys, professionals, and staff across the firm in meaningful pro bono and community service projects and programs offered by, or developed in conjunction with, public interest and other referral organizations. Manage the Pro Bono Committee. Update, improve, and advise on the firm's pro bono policies and procedures. Review and approve new pro bono matters and projects. Monitor the pro bono program and maintain regular reports and data on pro bono activity. Encourage and support broad participation in the pro bono programs by all attorneys, professionals, paralegals, and summer associates across the firm's offices, departments and practice areas. Identify, develop, support and maintain relationships with external partner organizations. Develop and implement new pro bono projects and initiatives. Develop internal communications related to the pro bono program. Coordinate publicity for appropriate pro bono cases. Respond to surveys related to the pro bono program. Manage and coordinate charitable contributions related to the pro bono program. Coordinate with Human Resources, Professional Development, and other departments and committees relating to social responsibility initiatives. Maintain substantive pro bono practice focused on providing legal representation to persons of limited means. Qualification and Experience: The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, J.D. and an active California, New York, or Washington, DC Bar membership.
